Amy Lynn & Ritch
meaningful family story telling
Amy Lynn & Ritch celebrated 30 years of marriage in the most fabulous way at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. The experience they created for their guests was magical, meaningful & playful. They didn’t take anything seriously & the day was filled with so much love! We loved creating the stationery that told their story from first meeting, to having their children, to welcoming their grandchildren, to finally saying vows again. Their first wedding wasn’t what they had hoped due to a hurricane wiping out most of their Florida town; they needed a redo. We stayed within a neutral color palette, but included vintage inspired illustrations, an antique Blue Ridge Mountain painting on the family story display, intricate letterpress shell closure, vintage postage to represent each child in the family, & so much more. The hemlock tree was chosen early on to become their family logo. The tree represents how strong they’ve grown together & as a family over the years. There are also many hemlock trees around the Biltmore Estate & especially at the Diana statue where they renewed their vows. It was a full circle moment as Amy Lynn walked down the aisle overlooking the Biltmore home & surrounded by hemlock trees.
