  • We accept refund requests (excluding custom stationery) under the following conditions:

    • If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

    • Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged in transit or if there is a mistake on our end (e.g., incorrect item sent).

    • Digital products (e-books, printables, or downloads) are non-refundable once purchased.

    To request a refund, email us at shana@irisandmariepress.com with your order number and reason for the request. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.

  • We currently ship to USA, Canada, EU.

    • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 14 business days.

    • Shipping Time: Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

      • Domestic (U.S.): 3-5 business days

      • International: 7-10 business days

    • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

    • Tracking Information: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

    We are not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses.

  • We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

    How to Initiate a Return

    1. Email shana@irisandmariepress.com with your order number and reason for the return.

    2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

    3. Once received and inspected, refunds (minus shipping costs) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Digital products (ebooks, printables, or downloads)

    • Personalized or custom-made items

    • Physical Products: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to stop the fulfillment process.

    • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, cancellations are not accepted once the file has been delivered.

    • Subscriptions (if applicable): Customers can cancel subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting shana@irisandmariepress.com. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
